Mollyra AI provides APIs and developer tools for building AI-powered products. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how customers can manage privacy requests.
Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email address, organization details, authentication events, and account preferences.
- Billing data: plan selection, invoices, payment status, and tax details handled by payment providers.
- Usage data: API request metadata, rate-limit events, model usage, logs, device details, and approximate location from IP address.
- Support data: messages, attachments, diagnostics, and conversation history submitted through support channels.
How We Use Data
We use data to provide the service, secure accounts, prevent abuse, process billing, improve reliability, deliver support, communicate product updates, and comply with legal obligations.
API Content
Prompts, outputs, uploaded files, generated images, embeddings, and related API payloads are processed to provide requested AI features. Customer API content is not used to train models unless a customer explicitly opts in through a separate written agreement.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, monitoring, least-privilege operations, and incident response practices designed to protect customer data.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate Mollyra AI, meet security and legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support customer requests. Enterprise customers may request custom retention controls.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal information. We may verify your identity before completing requests.
